Privacy notice
What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
SME Development LLC, doing business as SME Development. You can reach us on (360) 770-9287 or through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your company or site if you give it, your work email, the topic you choose and your message. With each enquiry we also record the time it arrived and the country it came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not record your IP address.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange demonstrations and quotes, and support customers who already run our software. We do not sell or rent it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Enquiries from the form are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and a copy is emailed to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of our business conversations. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Our software
SMEConvert runs on your own machines. We do not receive your display exports, tag data or graphics unless you choose to send them to us for support.
Your choices
Call (360) 770-9287 or use the contact form to ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you.
